Registration

You must complete the customer registration process through the website before placing an Order for Products through the Site.

 You may update, edit or terminate your account at any time through the Site.

 If you choose to use a workplace email address for your account or to access the Site, then you are solely responsible for ensuring that you comply with the rules, policies or protocols that apply to the use of your email address and your workplace facilities.

Privacy policy 

Our privacy policy is available below in the footer of this site and forms part of these terms and conditions. You acknowledge and agree to our privacy policy, collection notice and cookies statement when you use the Site and the Site’s related services, including purchasing goods and services from us using the Site.

Placing an Order for Produce

You may order Products by selecting and submitting your Order through the Site in accordance with these terms and conditions.

 Any Order placed through this Site for a Product is an offer by you to purchase the particular Product for the price notified (and service charge) at the time you place the Order.

We may ask you to provide additional details or require you to confirm your details to enable us to process any Orders placed through the Site.

 You agree to provide us with current, complete and accurate details when asked to do so by the Site.

*you can also hand in a hardcopy which is supplied instore back at store for collection the next day.

Pricing

You acknowledge that:

The purchase price of each Produce item is shown on the produce lists on our site at the time you place your order. The purchase price of a Produce on the Site may not be the same or correspond to the prices instore for the same Produce the following day We are not required or obliged to match any prices for any Produce, including matching any prices for a Produce that is available through the Site or our store the next day or vice versa; Prices for Produce may change from time to time and we do not provide any notice of these changes. Subject to these terms and conditions, once we have accepted your Order, we will not change any prices that apply to the Produce in that Order.

***Service fee

$4.00 flat fee is added to all orders (including add ons)

The service fee is to cover staff checking your order, collecting and packing your order, packaging your order is put in. Produce put in your car. We try to make this a minimal cost. 

Final cost

We do not collect payment until collection of the order. 

The final accurate invoice will be attached to your order when you collect produce. Due to some items requiring an accurate weigh -we can only supply the final cost after produce is weighed during the packing process.

Orders 

Orders are for the domestic market only. We reserve the right to refuse any large orders made which appear to be for Commerical purposes only. *Specials have limits placed on the number that can be purchased These limits are to ensure we can offer the specials as many families as possible.

1. Cutoff time for sending orders is strictly 11pm day before. 
2.  Click and Collect is only for next day collection – there is no priority same day service. All our staff are busy operating serving customers instore. We simply do not have the capacity to fill last-minute orders.
3. Changes can not be made to orders already processed and sent through. All our staff are busy operating serving customers instore. We simply do not have the capacity to fill last-minute orders. If you need to add? You will need to do another order or come in-store and buy those items you forgot to order.

 

Collection

Each order has a number assigned which indicates what number your order is in the queue for next day collection.  

1-20 numbers are available to collect from 12pm -6pm  next day

21-40 numbers are available to collect from 2pm – 6pm next day

41-60 numbers are available to collect from 4pm – 6pm  next day

No orders can be collected after 6pm under any circumstances.

You may be asked to supply ID prior to paying and collecting your order.

Any orders not collected will be returned to our store. If a customer does not collect a order two times then they will be banned from using click and collect.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit cards and cash only
